1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Bank-card payments are made by redirecting the User to the electronic payment system, or Processing Center. Payment security is provided through the SSL 3.0 secure protocol for transmitting confidential information from the client to the system server for further processing. Information is then transmitted through highly protected closed banking networks. Confidential client data, including card details and registration data, is collected and processed by the Processing Center, not by clustercheats.com.

Accordingly, self-employed individual Mikhail Anatolyevich Markov (the Site Owner) cannot access the client's personal or banking data, including information about purchases made from other merchants.

2. PROTECTION OF TRANSMITTED DATA

The SSL 3.0 protocol protects information from unauthorized access while it is transmitted from the client to the system server. The 128-bit server certificate was issued by Thawte, a recognized digital certificate authority. The authenticity of the server certificate can be verified.

3. COMPLIANCE WITH SECURITY STANDARDS

Online payment is provided in accordance with the rules of the Visa and MasterCard international payment systems and the MIR payment system, based on payment confidentiality and security. Current methods of verification, encryption, and transmission through closed communication channels are used. Bank-card details are entered on the secure payment page of the acquiring bank or payment aggregator.

4. ENTERING CARD DETAILS

The bank-card payment page requires: — bank-card number; — cardholder name; — card expiration date; — three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for MasterCard, or the additional identification code for MIR).

All required details are printed on the card. The three-digit security code is located on the back of the card.

You will then be redirected to your bank's page to enter a 3-D Secure code sent by SMS. If the code does not arrive, contact the bank that issued the card.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Personal information you provide, including name, address, telephone number, email address, and bank-card number, is confidential and is not disclosed. Card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on the clustercheats.com web server.

The Site Owner warrants that card details are not stored on the merchant's servers because payment is processed by a certified payment gateway.

6. PAYMENT DECLINES

A payment may be declined if: — the bank card is not enabled for online payments; — the card has insufficient funds; — the bank-card details were entered incorrectly; — the card has expired.

Contact the issuing bank for more information about online-payment availability, available funds, and the card's expiration date.
